CeLL ENROLMENT PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENTS
For Foreign Students

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
A.   Available at the CeLL Office:

  • Letter of Request
  • General Application Form
  • Certificate of Acceptance
  • To be provided by the student applicant:
  • Photocopy of valid passport and recent entry visa

THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED FOR CHECKING AT THE CeLL OFFICE, AND THE FEE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THE SPECIAL STUDY PERMIT (SSP) (Php 7,600.00) SHOULD BE PAID TO THE BUREAU OF IMMIGRATION (BI), MAGALLANES DRIVE, INTRAMUROS, MANILA.

PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING FOR SPECIAL STUDY PERMIT
1.     Prepare the following documents and have them checked by CeLL Office secretaries:

  • Letter of Request and General Application Form duly accomplished by the student applicant and notarized by an attorney
  • Photocopy of valid passport and recent entry visa
  • Get the following from CeLL Office:
    • Certificate of Acceptance signed by DLSU-CeLL Director
  • SSP application schedule
  • Go to the BI office on the designated time and date
  • Sit down in front of Window 6
  • Wait for the DLSU Representative to call you
  • Pay the required fee of Php 7,600.00 to the cashier.
  • Get a copy of the Official Receipt after payment of SSP fee.

ALL ENROLEES  ON  TOURIST  VISAS  ARE  REQUESTED  TO  PROCESS  THEIR  SSPs  ONE  WEEK BEFORE THE START OF CLASSES.  ONLY THOSE WITH SSPs OR THE RECEIVING COPIES ISSUED BY THE BI BEFORE THE START OF THE REGULAR MONTHLY SESSIONS WILL BE ADMITTED; OTHERWISE, THEY CAN ONLY ENROLL IN THE SPECIAL / TUTORIAL CLASSES.

 

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE AT CeLL
Submit the following requirements to CeLL Office:

For tourist visa students

    • one (1) copy of the SSP payment receipt 
    • three (3) copies of the released SSP
    • three (3) copies of valid passport
    • one (1) 1x1 or 2x2 photo for file purposes

For non-tourist visa students

    • two (2) copies of valid passport and visa (ex. ACR, SIRV, SRRV, 9D, 9E, 9F, 9G, 47a2, etc.)
    • one (1) 1x1 or 2x2 photo for file purposes

For Filipinos

  • two (2) copies of any valid I.D.s
  • one (1) 1x1 or 2x2 photo for file purposes
  •       Fill out the required Student Information and Enrolment form.
  •       Report for interview and placement test.
  • Receive Statement of Account (SOA) from CeLL Office and pay the assessed tuition fee to the Accounting Office at the DLSU main campus (De La Salle University, 2401 Taft Avenue, Manila).
  • Receive the Official Receipt of tuition payment from the cashier.
  • Present the yellow copy of the Official Receipt of tuition payment to the Office of the University
  • Registrar (OUR) for I.D. picture-taking / I.D. validation.  Get back the yellow copy of the receipt after the picture-taking.
    dress code:  For male - WEAR dark colored polo with necktie
           For female – WEAR dark colored blouse with collar
  • Give the yellow copy of the Official Receipt of tuition payment to CeLL Office and receive the            Attendance Card/s.
